Biotin and lactic acid bacteria
Biotin:
Biotin is an essential (vital) vitamin that is important for the metabolism of all body cells, including cell division. Tissues such as skin and mucous membranes, in particular, divide particularly quickly and then require biotin for the regulated process of cell division as part of their regeneration. Biotin is usually taken in sufficient quantities daily through food. However, an increased biotin requirement can arise, for example, in female smokers, in connection with negative stress, the intake of medication - such as antibiotics - or during pregnancy. In these situations, taking biotin supports the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes, including the vaginal mucosa.
Lactic acid bacteria:
Lactic acid bacteria are bacteria that are found in large numbers on and in the human body. They are mainly located on the mucous membranes, e.g. in the intestine and vagina. Due to various influences, including the intake of antibiotics, the number of these lactic acid bacteria can be greatly reduced.

Dosage recommendation
Adult women take 1 capsule daily (recommended daily intake) with a glass of water. The product can be used by adult women of all ages, including during pregnancy.
