You can adjust the frequency of application to your personal needs. Usually, the vaginal pessary (Cremolum) is applied in the vagina once a day (e.g. in the evening); after one to two weeks, you can reduce the frequency of application - to about 2 - 3 times a week. It is recommended to wear a panty liner during application.
