Smooth-melting pessaries
Vagisan Moisturising Cremolum is a hormone-free pessary with a special composition. It contains not only hard fat but also emulsifiers. After insertion in the vagina, it absorbs vaginal fluid and forms a smooth and soothing cream just within 30 minutes. Providing a lasting soothing effect. Vaginal dryness is noticeably reduced, and the vagina feels soft and supple again.
Small amounts of lactic acid give the cream formed in the vagina a pH (acidity) of 4.5 – so Vagisan Moisturising Cremolum helps maintain a healthy vaginal environment.

Use
Vagisan Moisturising Cremolum is well tolerated and can be used safely over prolonged periods, also during and after breast cancer treatment, pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
- For use inside the vagina, insert one Cremolum in the vagina, preferably before going to bed. It can be used once a day or less often as needed (e.g. 2-3 time per week) depending on individual symptoms. We recommend wearing a panty liner when using this product.
- Vagisan Moisturising Cremolum may be used while breastfeeding. Please consult your healthcare professional before use.
As Vagisan Moisturising Cremolum takes about 20–30 minutes to melt and form a cream in the vagina, the pessary should not be used immediately before sexual intercourse. To be on the save side, a 1-2 hours gap is recommended.
For those who suffer from dryness in the external intimate area or prefer using a cream instead of pessaries, the Vagisan Moisturising Cream is recommended. The Cream can be applied in the vaginal opening to easy the Cremolum pessary insertion.
