Insert 1 vaginal pessary as deeply as possible into the vagina once a day. You should preferably do this in the evening, as the vaginal pessary can then work while you sleep. As the vaginal pessary melts in the vagina, it is advisable to wear a panty liner to avoid stains in your underwear. If a stain does occur, it can usually be removed with warm water and soap.

The treatment should not be carried out during menstruation. You should not use tampons during the treatment.

If necessary, especially with vaginal fungal infections you can also use 2 vaginal pessaries daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. The duration of treatment depends on the improvement of your symptoms. However, it should not be more than 10 days. However, if there is no improvement in symptoms within 10 days, consult your doctor.
